This Hosta has glaucous sea green leaves
with a frosty white edge. The striped lavender flowers bloom in summer. The horizontal
growth pattern of foliage makes it an ideal groundcover.
It prefers shade as the summer heat or sun will burn off the glaucous coating on the leaves.
"Frosted Jade" describes this plant so well.
